CPI Training Solutions has been providing courseware to North Carolina community colleges and universities for more than 20 years. Our manuals are designed by classroom instructors to meet learner needs.
CPI publishes a line of computer training courseware for the Microsoft Office applications for Windows. The newest additions to our training manuals are Windows 10 and Office 2016 courseware for instructor‐led classes or self study.
CPI writers and trainers work on-site with clients to develop training workshops and documentation for proprietary software applications. We also provide trainers and instructors for technology workshops.
CPI also provides technical editing services for print and online materials.

On-Site Microsoft Training Classes

About Us
CPI Training Solutions, Inc. was incorporated March 30, 1999 as a legal entity in the State of North Carolina. CPI Training provides technology training and course development services to public schools, community colleges, universities and corporate clients. We also offer technical writing and editing services. CPI is certified by the State of North Carolina as a Woman Owned Business Enterprise.
Sara Seelapasay
Sara has spent fifteen years channeling her passion for learning into solutions ranging from facilitated training to computer software manuals to online courses. She is an alumna of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a charter member of ISPI Charlotte (International Society for Performance Improvement). She worked with CPI Training Solutions, Inc. during her time at UNCC, then moved to a Training Coordinator role. Her next adventure was in Corporate learning and development, where she collaborated to develop instructor-led and online courses and manage a team of Instructional Designers. In 2014, Sara rejoined CPI Training Solutions and is excited to be part of this dynamic company once again!
CPI has been providing on-site training workshops and consulting services to individuals and corporations for more than 15 years. Participants are provided student manuals in the classroom that make it possible for them to revisit the content back on the job or at home when a trainer may not be available to solve problems or answer questions.
